Marriage License Application
More information on the requirements and process of obtaining a marriage license can be found on the New Jersey State website.

Application form REG-77 must be completed in the presence of the Registrar.

Certified Copy of Marriage License:
Application form REG-37 must be completed with proof of identity and $10 for each copy.

This process can be completed by mail by following these instructions:

1. Complete application REG-37 (use hyper-link above)
2. Provide a copy of proof of identity (i.e. Driver's License)
3. Send with a check or money order made payable to “Andover Borough” for the number of requested copies ($10 each)
4. Include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope with this submission.  
5. Mail the above to:
