Why is it important?

This system is new to the County. If you’ve signed up in the past, your information was transferred, but you need to register in the new system to receive emergency alerts from the Andover Borough Water Department.

Andover Borough utilizes this Smart911/Rave notification system to alert residents of any emergencies affecting the water system or municipality. When activated, this automated system delivers a recorded message providing information on the emergency and what actions may need to be taken. It is imperative that residents register for these notifications to ensure they are aware of any water outages or health/safety issues. You can also set the system for a variety of critical information notices. Such as, severe weather, unexpected road closures, etc.
